CASE STUDY PARTNERS IN INNOVATION: THE SMART SANITATION HUB BY DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION AND GARV TOILETS

This case study showcases the landmark partnership between Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Garv Toilets to establish a Smart Sanitation Hub, a one-stop shop that integrates water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities through the provision of smart toilets, bath facilities, drinking water facility, laundry services, and a business kiosk all in one center. The project demonstrates innovation in the public toilet landscape and key partnership arrangements for a sustainable and viable project.
