Sarah is a Swiss national living in the UK for the last 20 years. She has a PhD in Chemistry from University of Sussex (UK), and then worked in the industrial chemistry sector at Rhodia (now Solvay) for 6 years prior to joining Firmenich in 2006.

Within Firmenich, Sarah has worked across different perfumery sectors, including Technology Sales for their global clients and building their Technology Marketing capabilities. She has been focusing for the last year on Perfumery Technology Business Development which includes managing the Malodour Control Portfolio, under which falls the new Receptor Based Malodour Control Technology targeting toilet odours.
