Pete Dulcamara is Vice President of Corporate Research & Engineering at the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Under his leadership, Corporate Research & Engineering provides advanced scientific research and technology development to all business sectors and all regions of the company globally in the areas of materials science, life sciences, analytical sciences, innovation testing, and research management systems. Pete has been with Kimberly-Clark since May 2006. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Pete had 18 years’ experience with The Dow Chemical Company where he held various positions for numerous businesses in research and development, new business development, sustainable development, mergers & acquisitions, corporate licensing, and new ventures. His personal mission is to “help create businesses that improve people’s lives” and he believes being part of the Toilet Board Coalition will help him achieve this mission.
