Greg brings vast experience in transforming organisations for growth. He joined the TBC’s global team in early 2020 to lead the strategic finance, HR and administration of the TBC’s growth strategy, and in September 2020 took on the additional role of Interim CEO. He subsequently served as CEO from 2020 to 2026, leading the organisation through a period of significant growth and global expansion.

Under his leadership, the Toilet Board Coalition expanded its programmes across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, operating in English, French, Spanish, and Khmer. During this period, the Coalition’s Accelerator graduated 111 sanitation SMEs, reaching more than 13 million people daily and unlocking over US$49 million in finance.

Greg was the CFO for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development from 2010–2018 and has held senior finance, human resources and administration positions in global organisations such as mining sector giant Alcoa, IATA the International Air Transport Association and Initiatives of Change. Greg is a certified accountant with purpose and passion to enable organisations to optimise their potential for significant impact.
