Silvia joins the Toilet Board Coalition as Business Development Associate. She holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology: Advanced Research and Social Intervention from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain) and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication for Development from Universidad de Lima (Peru). She has over eight years of experience driving social and environmental transformation across the private sector, NGOs, and international organisations. She has led ESG strategies, sustainability reports, and impact projects for more than 35 companies in Peru, including finance, mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Before her sustainability career, Silvia worked in the NGO sector and media industry, leading social marketing campaigns and fundraising efforts.

Silvia’s expertise in stakeholder engagement, ESG strategy, and business development will be key to strengthening partnerships and accelerating impact for the Coalition globally.
