Mauricio Troncoso is Vice President and Managing Director Western Europe. In his role he has responsibility for the Kimberly-Clark’s business in the region covering all countries and product categories. Mauricio started his career with Kimberly-Clark in 2013 as Global Sector Leader Family Care, where he oversaw the Intimate, Household, Face and Hand Care categories globally, aiming to establish and disseminate best in class practices to grow Brand Equity while establishing a sustainable innovation pipeline. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, he spent 18 years at Procter and Gamble (P&G) in a variety of local, regional and global Marketing roles living and working in Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and the USA. He has experience in the Beauty, Household, Laundry and Health Care categories as well as the US Hispanic markets. After leaving P&G, Mauricio worked 4 for years as Vice President-Marketing of Latin America for Mead Johnson-Nutrition where he held Brand Building responsibilities for the company’s entire portfolio in that region.
