Charlie joined Unilever UK in 1996. Since then, he has worked in local, regional and global marketing roles in London, Paris, Mexico City and Sao Paulo. These roles has involved launching Lifebuoy and handwashing programs in Latin America, and Domestos in Brazil, where he worked with UNICEF, supporting improved sanitation programs. Charlie is currently Vice President for Household Care in Russia, Africa & Middle East, based in South Africa. Charlie is motivated by finding ways for businesses to help improve societal problems. In his current role and geography, there are many opportunities to pursue, perhaps none greater than improving sanitation in Africa.
